I took a class during the Summer Arts program last year. I hope this year the classes are as good.
cici- what class did you take? what did you like best about it? We'll be happy to send you a gift certificate discount for any of our SummerArts2006 classes.
I am interested in your program. I took a class at your program with Alba Sanchez is she coming back? I don't know much about weaving is it easy to learn? Is it expensive?
Hello MJS,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment. We are talking with Alba now about her schedule for this summer. She will be performing at Bronx Community College on March 23, 2006. Betty Vera makes learning to weave easy and fun. Expensive? Not really. After you learn weaving basics you can use all kinds of fiber, even cut up used clothing to weave some beautiful rugs, boas and other woven objects.
